I don’t promote quick fixes or diets. I Coach clients to achieve healthy sustainable
results through behavior change over a period of time so habits are permanently formed.
The 7-Day Wellness Boost will take you through the basics of what you need to be successful.
STEP 1: IDENTIFY YOUR STAGE OF READINESS FOR CHANGE
WHAT STAGE ARE YOU IN?
STAGES OF CHANGE OVERVIEW
Stage 1: Precontemplation
Client: No intention of changing. Do not exercise and/or eat healthy and do not intend to start within 6 months
Stage 2: Contemplation
Client: Thinking about becoming more active in next 6 months.
Stage 3: Preparation
Client: Exercises occasionally but are planning to begin exercising regularly next month.
May have unrealistic expectations for the change they hope to achieve,
oftentimes leads to high risk of disappointment and early dropout.
Stage 4: Action
Started Exercise, but not yet maintained behavior for 6 months.
Stage 5: Maintenance
Maintain change for 6 months or more. Still tempted to return to old habits.
